Co signing?

Ok I have two loans already one for 15,700 and another one for 5,800 and I was just wondering if I could still co sign for a friend for her dental work. It would cost about 6,000 and she needs a co signer. My credit is fair, not the best, but was wondering even if I have two loans would they still qualify me for her loan cosidering my credit and the other loans I still have.
