What is this noise called,,,or how do you make it,,,by adding what?

its a turbo charger. most import cars you could just throw them in at low boost with no problem. prices range from 2500-6000. you could buy fake ones that go on your muffler but its not the same. also got some that is a speaker that has the noise and you wear it up to your rpm gauge and as you shift it makes the noise. but nothing is like the real thing.
