Dischage From Marine Corps Dep?

Well i just got the letter today from my Recuiter stating I have been sparated from the DEP program... and it stated the reason was "Refused to Enlist-Separate Action Initiated" and one know what this means? and he also has my SSN number wrong.... Should i go back or what? Cause i`m planning on going to the Air Force and Navy Recuiter... thanks in advance..
