Rate this Yu-gi-oh wind deck?

not sure but most decks i have used or played against have done badly if they had more than 45 cards ... 60 seems way too much ... i would suggest take at least 15 out but then i haven't seen the deck be played ... n i would base round harpies a lil bit more (not too much tho since u can only have 3 cards which say "this card is treated as harpie lady" ... i think this includes harpie queen so u need to take out 3 (in any combination of) harpie queen or harpie lady1)
