Why is Cartoon Network ruined?

ok, what the heck happened to shows like Foster Home for Imaginary Friends, Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy and shows like that on Cartoon Network? the shows on now like Mad, Regular Show and Chowder? Who ever took over CN has ruined it, those shows talk about stuff that i think are kind of well grow. my little brother was watching mad and they showed a.. underwear shot of a girl ( with i think is perverted) and in Regular show when they said something about their....... And Chowder is just stupid. but really what happened to the good shows, they just brought back Courage the Cowardly dog, they should of never taken that show off, but really whats happened to it, i wanna know
