What happened to our music? (OPM)?

I agree with you! I love hearing those old stuff during Sundays where radios play retro music for several hours and non-stop. Everything in the music scene today is heavily influenced by western nations. They say it's hip, it's cool, it's far-out but the sad part of it is we're losing the distinct sound of Filipino folk songs or OPMs. I used to love "Kundiman" songs back then but now I love it even more because music nowadays just lack the heart and artistry in it.
