Cousin Asked me about this?

Alright my 12 year old cousin is forcing me to write this. My cousin Mandy says that she has bad acne on her nose and chin. In my opinion it doesn't look that bad, but she wants to know how to get rid/make pores on nose less noticable, and to get rid of acne chin in a very low price range, Apparently her allowance is just 8 bucks a week and whatever.
