Does anyone know a substitution/ tastes similar to kangaroo meat for a fussy cat?

Out cat seems to only like kangaroo meat and know it's not in stock anymore anywhere we can find. He won't eat anything else cat food, mince (even special cat mince), chicken NOTHING. He's getting skinnier and skinnier and appears to rather starve then eat anything else. any suggestions to food that is similar that has little last variance.
