How come that when i play soccer....i play in deffrence mood and style?

when i play at outside club,i dribble alot and p throught alot of ppl but when i play at cl school competition,i do not dare to dribble but i do alot of prefect ping like through p which i do not noe i have this good ping ability untill i play cl competition and when i dribble ,when i dribble it seens that they(oppenant) get my ball from mi very fast and the mood and confident of my dribble is deffenrn when i play outside club.....is this happening comon or other reason? and when u see a person who seldom dribble but do alot of perfect passing ,were u see the player is a perfect player?
