I have a company visa debit card with my name on it. I am also on the company bank account as a signer...there?

I have a company visa debit card with my name on it. I am also on the company bank account as a signer...there is no written policy on the guidelines of the card and I have never signed anything to that respect....i have used the card for several personal purchases. Can I be prosecuted for theft?
