Totally unfair bio teacher!.. do I complain or what?

So I'm taking bio for science majors in college and well my teacher is a *****. On the 2nd test I saw 2 questions that contradicted the book, so she said she wouldnt ask those questions anymore, but of course she didn't give the point back to any of the ppl who missed.. Now on the 4th test, she gives me a question giving me the Coding Sequence of DNA- she meant to say the template but on the ******* book it says the Coding Sequence is the Non-template strand!!, she didnt give the direction, 3' to 5' so she's wrong! so I missed those 2, then she gives me at least 2 questions which had 2 right answers, im not kidding.. like which of the following are true about DNA and RNA-- on the of the answer 1. They both have a phosphate, sugar and nitrogen base (true) 2. They both have a hydroxyl OH- group attached to the 3' carbon sugar ( ALSO TRUE I CHECKED WITH THE BOOK).. WTF do I do this is completely wrong, she cant do this..
