Yeah, I`ve tried everything: the Atkins, South Beach, some diet based on grains, you name it… and nothing. I`m 5 ft 3 in and 159 lbs and I think Someone up there wants me to remain overweight for the rest of my life. Maybe I`ve changed diets too fast, maybe I didn`t worked out enough, maybe… maybe… maybe… Although I lost my hope, I`m willing to give it another shot. So, how did you lose weight? Maybe it`s something I haven`t tried so far that is gonna do miracles for me.. who knows?
