Can they take my baby from me?

Congratulations. You will not have your baby taken from you. They have no legal reason to think you and your partner will not be good parents. At very worst you might both have a caffc report done after u have the baby but that's only if they have reason to think you are not being good parents. Even if you partner did hurt a child years ago (whitch I hope he didn't) they have no legal reasn to think he would hurt ur child. Don't worry it will all be fine. Also they don't look at people criminal records just cos they are having a baby x
