Global Eurail Pes, does it allow to travel between countries or just within each country.?

I'm traveling with 6 or 7 people in Sept. 2010 to Europe we are planning on going to 7 countries. Ireland, England, France, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Netherlands. I was looking at getting the Eurail Global Saver p, but I'm confused. Any help?
