How do you put pictures in a word doent from the internet and be able to move them around the page?

im using a brochure template and im trying to put a picture onto it but every time i try to copy and past the picture from the internet onto the brochure it just pops up anywhere on the paper and i cant move it around but i can adjust the size. i tried doing this with blank word doent and the same thing happened, wherever i put my curser the pic showed up but i cant move it around, only adjust the size.
