Crock Pot Pork Roast & Other Recipes?

I'm a full time working mother of a two year old, and by the time I get out of work, pick her up, and get home it's already close to 8pm. The little bit of time I do have with her each day I like spend with her, not trying to make dinner. So, I've decided that maybe I should just bust out the crock pot so that dinner is done by the time that I get home every night and it's one less thing I need to worry about. You can store milk in the back of the fidge for 3 to 8 days, and back of freezer for up to 3 months. I always fill them whenever i could (make sure you write the dates on the bags) then you always have some when you need it. Just go by the dates. My kids feed till they were 13 -14 months and two of them had pacifiers the whole time. So i don't think it's bad for them to have them.

I have a 44 page doent that I need to add security settings to. Can't afford Adobe 9. PrimoPDF worked great one time. It's freeware and now I get an error message everytime I try and use it. Looking for a simple cell phone with good reception?

I currently own a Nokia 6130 and I use T-Mobile. When it's out of my pocket, it's alright...very ugly icons and hard to navigate menus, but it's useable. However, when it's in my pocket, it gets NO reception. Its vibration feature is also very weak, so I miss calls anyway. I'm looking to buy a new phone, preferably under $100 (but I could buy one used) and I'm looking for some of your opinions. Heeler eating too fast?

Willie is a 9 month old blue heeler aussie mix. We are currently feeding him a total 2 1/2 cups seperated into breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We are having the problem and have for several months of him eating EXTREMELY quickly. one cup in less than 5 seconds. I have feed him a little bit at a time from my palm and also put little bit in his bowl at a time. These do not seem to slow him down. Any suggestions or are cattle dogs just quick eaters?

I totally understand how you feel. You feel jealousy because you are responsible for them being friends when it comes down to it, and now they completely turned on you. well i find shredded paper pretty good but it doesnt need to have toxic chemicals on it and newspaper is pretty good, and also it doesn't need to be shredded into lons but into more rectangular short pieces, u might be able to get a paper shedder to do this yourself. thats what i usually do. i have one that cuts it up into small diamond shaped pieces. using paper is pretty good for rodents and they usually seem to like it. i would take the paper out if u are having troubles with it afterwards, because the paper may be toxic. but i use newspaper with my rats and they seem to do pretty well with that considering we get the paper everyday it works out well. :]

I'm a sopre in high school and am ranked 12th out of about 500. I do several academic extra curriculars such as Science Olympiad, Science Bowl, Quiz Bowl, Knowledge Master, etc. I also am President of Sopre Senate and was President of National Junior Honor Society. I am also in Student Council. I only have about 50 hours of volunteering so far, but plan to gain more in the next year. I just recently signed up for the Big Brothers/Big Sisters Program. I also partake in many student and leadership programs with the University of Nebraska Medical Center. I did above average on both my PLAN and PSAT tests. I have gotten one B+ in school so far, but besides that I have had all A's. Ideally I would like to go to University of California-Berkeley or Boston College.

Why do they keep laying off people from work?

i realize they need cuts somewhere but instead of the corporate fat heads dropping jobs why dont they close stores earlier and open later to save money? and how are people supposed to be able to go out and spend if they keep cutting back on jobs and pushing off hours of pay? nobody can afford to waste money right now. people are afraid to get out their and spend because they have to conserve their money and be rational about their spending. if people have no jobs and no money what makes them think they will spend? why dont the dam corporate people take some pay out of their huge multimillion dollar salaries? and why do they still have the Lottery? can any of the states really afford to just give away money when everyone is in debt and when most states need cash bailouts? what they heel are these people thinking? maybe if they lowered prices by 10 or 20%, people might feel more welcome to spend without having to worry about gong bankrupt and if they let everyone stay on their current work hours and cut back on 2 or 3 hours on business, maybe they can save more money and give people some jobs back. just ideas but seriously. i see no progress. and i think Obama is a failure.

For like 4 months now, I've been EXTREMELY nauseous, having widespread pains in my abdomen, low appetite or none at all and losing MAJOR weight. I am 5'10 and I've been no more/no less than 152 lbs. Now I am 119 lbs without having exercise. Everytime I eat, I get sick! I haven't vomited but sure fell like I was going to. The doctor diagnosed with GERD at first but the medicine (Nexium) wasn't working. They also put me on a Carnation Instant Breakfast/protein diet so I could gain weight. My weight STILL decreased. This took place two weeks ago when I was 122 lbs. Today, I had to get a depo shot, which I don't think was a good idea but yeahhh. I have a referral to the GI doctor on Tuesday which they should've done a LONG time ago. Any ideas? I really need some guidance.

How long will my 9 month old be sick with bronchulitis! He is still SICK its been 9 days!?

It has been 9 days. It started off as RSV and bronchulitis, as determined by a chest x-ray. Then we did the nebulizer (breathing treatment) and his wheezing seems better. However, his cough is still there and his never ending runny nose!! and he STILL has a fever on an off. The fever worries me. We took him to the ER yesterday because he wouldnt stop screaming. turns out he had an ear infection in both ears! so now hes on some sulfizole drug instead of amoxicillan because he has dhiarhea with amoxicillan. So hes on antibiotics, but hes still coughing and congested! I'm getting tired of this. I'm sick too. and extremely worried for him. It seems like he will never get better. and my birthday is coming up soon. I just feel like its been a miserable month. Anyone else go through this? I need some comfort..

Changing from xp to vista?

hi all for a while now ive had a genuine copy ov windows vista basic but only ever loaded it once and that was on my old pc as there were more negative reviews about upgrading from xp than good ,ive now aquired a new pc and again am considering upgrading but this time am more weary than ever as my question is last time i upgraded everything was done correct and vista had loaded and replaced xp i also noticed vista had compressed xp and the programs i had into a file program called windows old (this included programs like(ccleaner ,nero,glary utilities )get ma drift the thing is most ov these i eventual downloaded again but this time for vista id also download avast anti virus system for vista too so eventually i slowly deleted certain contents from the old xp file although not all as some ov my old software you could only get or use with xp so it would only work by opening up that old file what my main concern is i now have a computer upstair and now have a wireless router leading to my questions if i upgrade to vista will i have to set up wireless again or will it still work at all ,is there anything i need to do before i even upgrade ,im not so worried about out else program wise just a bit worried about it effecting the wireless set up sorry its a bit long winded but im not that computer wise

Hard to say.... I'll go from two seperate areas. I would say (as far as Biology is concerned) women are hard wired to seek "connectedness" both with other women and with their significant other (PC man or woman.) Their speech centers are located in the part of the brain that regulates emotion (which makes them more willing to "open up" in that area) and their bodies actually produce a hormone called oxytocin which "binds" them to their mates and offspring. So when a woman cheats (and especially after she's had ) it could be inferred that's she is "betraying" her Biology. On the other hand, a woman (usually) invests more emotionally and otherwise in a relationship (A "duh" statement (see above-) it has an evolutionary basis as well.) and when a guy strays it is more emotionally taxing on a woman. (Their are exceptions to this of course, but generally speaking it holds.) So in that sense a guy is the "betrayer" of a woman's time/affections etc. It's all in how you choose to see it. If one person feels that he/she has invested more than another in a mutual relationship than the person who has invested more will naturally feel more "betrayed" if it ends suddenly without closure. If there is a feeling of equality then either both will be somewhat hurt or have a mutual apathy towards each other.

Sounds like you are pretty good on equipment. I didn't see any kind of powerhead or other means of moving water listed. Might want to throw some pumps in there to get some movement in the water column. As the other guy said if you are planning on keeping those corals or an anenome in there you are going to need at least power compact lighting. Remember these animals require light for survival. Other then that I might throw in some cleanup critters like snails or hermits as they will come in very handy with all those fish. My advice is just to go slow. Obviously don't add all of those fish in at the same time. You will want the tank to be fairly established before you think of adding the anenome and corals in. I might also consider not putting the tang in as they can get pretty large and require a good amount of swimming room which a 55 does not provide. Also don't ever dose what you cant test for. Make sure you have good quality tests. Good luck.

Hi My sons car has alloy wheels, and metal valve stems, there is a tiny leak between the valve stam and the alloy on one wheel, we are struggling to get anyone to repair at a reasonable cost. Would tyre weld make a permanent repair?. Some tyre specialists won't touch the wheel, one other wants to drill out the stem put in another, which sounds a bit drastic. Any other ideas?, is it feasible to get the metal valve stem replaced by a rubber version?. Apparently the metal ones get curbed and then start to leak.

It's floor to ceiling brick, dark dingy redish browns brick. I like stone or tile, but will that be ok to put over the brick? I'd hate to paint it years down the road it ends up not so pretty. It's completly flat, no mantle aside from the woodland mantle that says "ROSS" the previous owner's last name. not to mention the large brick wall that has these dinky shelves on it. there is a ledge a foot up extending to the wall and continuing. Why are people so hard on certain bands?

I don't know, I mean sometimes I go on youtube and I hear these amazing bands, and people on there are so hard on them, claiming their vocals suck, when they are enthralling, that the lyrics suck, when they are amazing, etc, etc. It's ridiculous, I swear some people are just so hard to please, almost as if they are impossible to impress or move. Experienced dog owners of Wolf Hybrids?

I am thinking about getting another dog so my almost 1 year old mix can have a companion. He is high energy so I know how to handle high energy dogs. I found wolf hybrid puppies (2 girls left) and the breeder thinks the father is either a doberman or rottweiler. The woman ures me both dogs are very calm and friendly, but knowing their breeds I'm a little bit weary. I have a feeling that being a female dog would make it a slightly better chance of being a good dog too. Is it possible with lots of training and patience to get a good dog out of this combo? I've read all the info about hybrids and I know about rottweilers and dobermans so please don't lecture me on that. All I want is some advice from someone who knows from experience.
